Ashley Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor and mom to two small humans that have taught her many lessons in their first few years on earth. She has a passion for inspiring connection, awareness, and joy and views mental health and well-being holistically. She takes into account the broader systemic factors that influence the concerns faced by modern moms and families and aims to help clients create change that is sustainable for years to come. Together, Ashley loves helping people cultivate more insight, awareness, and intention into daily life so they can rediscover their joys and passions. Often referred to as the therapist for parents with kids....and kids with parents (ha!), the phrase "reconnect and repair" is used on a daily basis. Along with a dose of a laughter and the occasional need for a box of tissues, Ashley meets you where you are and helps you get to where you want to go.
Shari Fox is a mother and meditation teacher in Charleston, SC. Shari explores how we as parents can create more peace in ourselves, our homes and our relationships by skillfully resourcing our nervous systems. With a background in mindfulness, therapeutic inquiry, holistic psychology and somatic care, she favors a compassionate polyvagal approach to stress release. Rest, connection and relaxation are her love languages. She has recently returned to teaching after a sabbatical to honor the changes to her postpartum body and life. Shari has navigated pelvic organ prolapses, chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety and postpartum depression. After 20 years of teaching experience and a decade of founding and leading a celebrated international retreat company, Shari is constantly rekindling her own practice. Her bio was written on the bottom of a grocery note while driving and listening to a Mary Oliver poem, feeling the tug of Spirit on an otherwise busy day.
