In addition to individual counseling sessions, we also provide more informal, group support/therapy options on a drop in basis to further support families and provide postpartum support. This is a wonderful group for parents of kids ages 5 and older who are facing behavioral and/or communication challenges at home and school. Come share your struggles, successes, and chat with Ashley.
Postpartum support therapy group for moms with babies ages 0-1. Charleston mamas- this one is for you! Come share struggles, celebrations, resources and connect with other mamas with a local counselor.
For moms of older kids looking for connection, self regulation strategies, and a safe space to talk and share.
